Dr. Harold Hardaway, Founder of Voix
About Voix

Built inside organizations
where the message
actually mattered.

Voix was founded by Dr. Harold Hardaway after more than 16 years leading communications, executive messaging, and organizational narrative work across enterprise and mission-driven environments.

Point of View

Communication problems are rarely just communication problems.

Most organizations already have smart leaders, meaningful work, and capable teams. The challenge is usually fragmentation. Different departments communicating different priorities. Campaigns disconnected from the larger organizational narrative. Different leaders communicating different versions of the same priority. Stakeholders hearing variations of the same story.

Voix exists to help organizations hold the narrative together: across internal and external audiences, across leadership layers, across the moments that carry real reputational and cultural weight.

That work can look like executive messaging, integrated communications strategy, board alignment, campaign development, event narrative direction, or leadership communication support. But underneath all of it is the same objective: communications that feel cohesive, credible, and aligned to the organization behind them.

The real work starts before the words.

Community & Governance

Leadership inside the community,
not just around it.

Harold's nonprofit and civic work has directly shaped how Voix approaches organizational trust, board dynamics, and the pressure nonprofit leaders face to communicate consistently across many audiences with limited resources.

It also reinforced a core belief behind Voix: strong communication is not about sounding polished. It's about creating alignment people can actually feel.
